- Aiden struggles with Emily and Daniel's engagement.
- Open with Emily bringing Daniel a super-fancy dinner at his office. She also has plane tickets, asking him if he wants to go to Paris with her.
Declan tells Jack he's is upset about Charlotte and tells Jack he's taking a bus to find her.
Victoria and Conrad talk about returning Nolan's company to him if he helps find Victoria's long-lost son. Daniel drops by and tells his parents he and Emily are re-engaged. Victoria looks less-than-thrilled. Emily tells Victoria that in two weeks they're leaving for Paris and plan to live there permanently.
Daniel makes several snarky comments about Victoria's bastard children and she storms out. Daniel tells Conrad he wants his trust fund taken out of the Amanda Clarke Foundation. Conrad wants Daniel to wait until after the election before he leaves the family business. Daniel gets a call that Aiden's employment records have arrived.
Daniel brings Aiden to his office. He's furious that he's just now finding out Aiden's father is Trevor Mathis, the baggage handler suspected of placing the bomb on Flight 197. Daniel fires Aiden, who on his way out tells Daniel he's being advised by the wrong people.
Ashley tells Jack she doesn't think the picture of Conrad with the governor's wife is enough to destroy his campaign. She has another idea.
Emily and Charlotte talk about what's happening with her right now. Charlotte misses Amanda. Emily says she hopes they will be closer down the road and asks her to be her maid-of-honor. Regina drops by and Emily leaves. We see that Regina is buying her drugs.
Emily tells Victoria about Charlotte being her maid-of-honor. Jack drops by to meet with Victoria and the two of them go to an office.
Jack shows Victoria the picture of Conrad with the governor's wife. He tells her the photo has the power to derail the campaign and he wanted her to know. Victoria mentions noticing a "chill" in his friendship with Emily and tells him he is the reason Emily and Daniel broke off their engagement.
Emily tells Nolan she's worried about Jack meeting with Victoria.
Daniel catches Charlotte on her way out the door with Regina. He pulls her aside and asks if she'll be at his engagement party later. She says she can't be around Victoria anymore.
Victoria drops by to see Allison, the governor's wife. Allison tells Victoria she's been feeding Conrad information to help Conrad win. She says her husband is has a heart problem and would not survive another term.
Aiden pays Nolan a visit. Nolan says he doesn't think there is such a thing as "endgame." He doesn't think revenge is worth it and now wants to try and stop Emily's mission. He wants Nolan to drain the Amanda Clarke Foundation's funds but Nolan doesn't think it's possible.
Nolan meets with the Edith (The Falcon) in prison. He tells her he'll erase the cyber trail that got her indicted if she gives him some information. She tells him Victoria paid her son Patrick $5 million to disappear, then had Edith eliminate any trace of his existence. She doesn't know what they're planning to do with Carrion, but says she's tweaked the program so that it can't be used without her. She tells him the way to access Amanda Clarke Foundation will be "hiding in plain site," where she was "born if not made."
Conrad shows Ashley the latest attack ad the governor will be using against him. She wonders how he got it before it aired but he doesn't tell her. Jack drops by campaign headquarters and tells Ashley what Victoria said about the engagement. Ashley admits she told Daniel she saw him and Emily kissing.
Victoria toasts Daniel and Emily at the couple's engagement party. Afterwards she pulls Emily outside for a private chat.
Victoria says she doesn't think Emily is in love with Daniel. Emily makes several references to David Clarke.
Declan finds Charlotte outside a club. She apologizes, then pukes in front of tabloid camera. Police show up and place her under arrest for underage drinking.
Daniel tells Emily why he fired Aiden, and that he got the information from Takeda. Before the couple leaves for the night Conrad gives Daniel a check for his trust fund. Daniel advises him to remove Aiden from the ACF account.
Takeda tells Emily he had no choice but to turn Aiden in. He thinks she needs to do "what needs to be done." He tells her The Initiative is planning a second strike. She wants him to let her help, but he refuses.
Jack is waiting for Emily on her porch to ask if she's really going to marry Daniel. Emily advises him to be wary of Victoria and tells him that right now she can't explain what's happening. He says he's tired of the secrets and leaves. Emily updates Nolan on her conversation with Takeda and he tells her what he got from Edith. Nolan thinks he's figured out the answer to Edith's riddle.
Declan and Regina argue about Charlotte.
Nolan tells Aiden he thinks the pass code for the ACF is Edith's high score on Street Fighter.
Aiden meets with Takeda. Takeda tells him his mission is over, but Aiden disagrees. He threatens to tell Emily of Takeda's "true objective" if he doesn't let them leave. The two proceed to pull out samurai swords. Aiden ends up killing Takeda.
Charlotte tells Daniel she's pregnant.
Allison goes public with her husband's health problem. Victoria drops by Jack's bar and says she thinks they need to put their cards on the table. They both want to destroy Conrad's campaign, she says. Jack tells her about Conrad ordering Amanda's murder and plays her the tape.
Aiden helps Nolan get into the ACF's $4 billion Swiss bank account. Emily storms in and says she thinks they're not ready for this step. Before she can stop him Aiden hits the key that appears to bankrupt the Graysons.
It appears that Conrad's win is a foregone conclusion.
Emily is furious with Aiden for using his access code to steal the money, as the Graysons will know it was him.
New York experiences a complete blackout. Nolan thinks this is Carrion and Emily agrees: "It's started."
