One of the most gut wrenching episodes of Blue Bloods is this one where Will Estes and his partner Sebastian Suozzi stand helplessly by while a young Hispanic woman jumps with her baby to their deaths. Later on when when Donnie Wahlberg and Marisa Ramirez come by as the investigating team, we learn he has history with the family. And that her sister is the mistress of Kamar DeLos Reyes the leader of a Latin King's type gang that runs the project where she and her late sister lived.
Reyes is on a real power trip and this is only the beginning of his attempt to reassert his control over the lives and people in the Bitterman Housing Project known to its residents as the Bitter End. Later on that includes taking and spilling some Blue Blood.
