Time has past, and we see dreams have come true, and new plans unfold.
19 January 2014 | by (Burnaby, BC Canada) – See all my reviews

I really did not think there was any point in having a second season to Mr. Selfridge, it just felt that they had hit all of the right points of that time, and it was really about the birth of the new way of selling, and buying in England at the time. However, I was nicely surprised by the choices that were made, We get to see all of the characters who you would expect to see, and you get to see them after their dreams have come true, for those who have, and you can see that they are not all so happy with the choices that led them to this new time. The choice of the new time period, and each of the original cast's locations in the store hierarchy I thought were very good. Some people have not moved at all, as you would expect, and some are more proud than they should be with what they do have, but it feels right. I Enjoyed this new start, and I expect the new season will be just as good. Persevere, and strive for the best.
