The Calgary Police were accidentally called to the set during a scene in which Denise's character is instructed to dial 9-1-1 by Carrie's character. Officer Steve Cook, CPS, was celebrating a birthday that day. Fitting, as the house was decorated for Anna's 11th birthday party. This is apparently not the first time the police have been unintentionally involved in sets in Mitchell's career.
