Storyline

Severide decides to look into Tara's past to find evidence that would help him fight the criminal charges she filed against him. Peter asks Gabby to move in with him, but she feels burdened by the secret she's been keeping about his mother. A little girl with a special connection to the firehouse lights everyone's spirits up. The calls of the day include a collapsed apartment building, a car accident and a lightning victim. By the end of the shift, a personal tragedy hits one of the team members. Written by stephie_j

Showing things for what they are
20 May 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I enjoyed this episode mainly because they showed unfortunately what happens all too often now, if a women is going to lose her job or doesn't like someone at work they make a false accusation of harassment and because most companies don't want to deal with it they fire the guy first, as you are guilty until proved innocent. Even though it rarely happens it was nice to see Tara lose her job for her lies, even though it would had been better if she was arrested for fraud. The episode showed that there isn't always a happy ending though as Casey's girlfriend dies, just because she saw something she wasn't supposed to. It was also nice that Chief Boden got to meet Charlotte
