Storyline

Evan now commits to his police precinct rookie job and colleague-lover. Derek Malloy is not amused that Selena and Niki's jealous fighting over him upsets the Rub. Home unexpectedly to fetch hair parlor chemicals, Lacey surprises a burglar, pursues him and is stabbed. As nothing was taken Riley realizes he must have been after the client list. Kyle is doing a great job as father again, but compromises his parole by physically threatening gangster Mick Vandermeyer. After peeking in Evan's police computer, Riley takes crazy risks to immobilize ex-con suspect Sean Foster, Evan is just in time to prevent bodily harm, not a crash. Client Ben Miller asks Riley to restrain from happy endings but counsel him instead to court his prospective bride. Written by KGF Vissers
