I heard about this show because it was mentioned and being watched by people on the documentary series Gogglebox, so I gave it a go to see what I would think, and the title really delivered what it said on the tin. The series is presented by comedy magician Pete Firman and the gorgeous I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here's Jessica-Jane Clement, narrated by Daisy Hydon, with guest reports from former singer, Celebrity Big Brother contestant and cosmetic surgery obsessive Pete Burns and Austin Powers actor and 2 foot 8 inch tall star Verne Troyer, and comments from Celebrity Big Brother contestant and surgically freaky Jackie Stallone (Sylvester's mother). The programme basically focuses on unusual people and experiences in the world, especially the ones that test the limits of the human body, whether these weird, disgusting and crazy things people do to themselves. These things have included a woman with the world's strongest vagina, a woman who drinks her own lactated breast milk and breast feeds people, women with gigantic breasts, people having scarification, the woman with the most piercings in the world, people (including a transvestite) having colonic irrigation at a clinic, people with the longest fingernails in the world, people having piercings through their penis, people who liked to be walked on, a man with the stretchiest skin in the world, fat women who make themselves larger and squash people, dangerous piercings (including in the foot heel), a woman with the strongest hair in the world, people who use sex robots, a freak show featuring people with various bodily oddities (including a man who hangs from hooks in his back), women with muscles, people who get branded, a sword swallower, people with the tiniest waists, people who have lip surgery, an old body builder, people who remove their belly buttons, super size burgers, genital tattoos, people who use electricity producing sex toys, a penis museum, people who enjoy being tied up, body modification (including bumps put in the head), abnormalities with celebrities, and much more. With contributions from comedian Desiree Burch, showbiz reporter Dana Damato, journalist Zoe Howe, plastic surgeon Robert M. Rey, comedian Matt Richardson, comedian Ellie Taylor, Made in Chelsea's Mark-Francis Vandelli and showbiz reporter Dana Ward. This is definitely a Marmite show, people will love it, and people will hate it, it is interesting, it is freaky, it is funny and it is something you need a strong stomach for it, a fun factual series. Very good!
