When you're a guy like Tom Cruise who's starred in a ridiculous amount of movies stretched across three decades, you'd think at some point they would begin to blend together. Okay maybe not entirely -- we're sure the guy remembers his movies, but does he also remember all the little details? Sandro Corsaro Joins Fandango as its First Chief Creative Executive

Sandro Corsaro has joined Fandango as its chief creative executive.

Corsaro will provide strategic and operational leadership for content development and other creative across Fandango’s websites and mobile platforms, while also overseeing the visual design, editorial, content and original video teams. He reports to Fandango president, Paul Yanover.

Fandango created the new post of VP of content and creative as it looks to increase the amount of content it offers movie ticket buyers. It already posts film reviews, commentary, celebrity interviews and trailers, and recently launched its first two original series ”The Frontrunners,” and “Weekend Ticket.” Both series are hosted by Fandango chief correspondent Dave Karger.

“Sandro is one of the most talented content creators in the industry,” Yanover said. “I’m thrilled he’ll be bringing his creativity and experience to Fandango, to help enhance the consumer experience and engagement across our platforms, driving business objectives for both ticketing and advertising. »
