And where else would you do that than in Berlin at the International Film Festival? If your answer is at between North and South Korea, than I'd say that's not a good idea. But the conflict shown here, is more a stir inside Thailand, than something coming from outside. And while I did enjoy me some action movies from Thailand (Ong Bak, Chocolate and many more), this is a documentary about a real incident.
So your expectations should be at an appropriate level when (and if) you decide you want to watch this. The director gave an interesting Q&A after the movie was over (can be found on the internet if you search for it), which might answer a few questions you might have, after watching it too.
