Storyline

Convinced that his buddy Nardo (Thomas Middleditch) is making the mistake of a lifetime by marrying Tracy (Shannon Woodward), Jason (T.J. Miller) puts a dramatic end to their wedding. When the furious bride decides to take her Baja honeymoon solo, Nardo follows her-where the lovesick groom is carjacked and left stranded, naked and penniless in a remote part of the Mexican desert. Helpless, Nardo sends out an SOS to Jason and their pal Evan (Adam Pally), an up-and-coming ad exec slated for an important business meeting the next morning. During their ridiculous attempt to rescue Nardo, the trio embarks on a series of increasingly outrageous misadventures involving con artists, drug smugglers and even the Federales. Goofs

When Nardo is phoning from Mexico for the 2nd time in the phone booth you can read "TELEPHONO" which is wrong as such word does not exist in Spanish. It seems a phonetically written word as "PH" sound correspond to "F" in Spanish, the correct word is "TELÉFONO". See more »

I'm losing my sense of humour watching such 'movies'
18 June 2015 | by (Norway) – See all my reviews

It's something unexpected happening in Hollywood industry: too many actors? Or directors? Or script writers? Or... all? I don't understand, seriously and honestly, how it's possible to make such movies and how actors agree on filming in them. Also... if you saw the Hangover trilogy, this one tastes so bad... actually a tragedy. It's so embarrassing to watch something like this. One more thing - I tried but could't find any single scene or second to laugh from. I think it's the best way to lose your sense of humour watching such nonsenses - so called 'comedies'- the movie crew and director have no idea what humour is. What I've seen here: tasteless scenes, dull surrounding, middle sound, idiotic script. And the plot. Oh wait, what plot?
