The trials weakened Sam wearisomely, so after a shooting range test, Dean grounds him to recover. When their hacker acquaintance Charlie Bradbury arrives to report weird killings, Dean grudgingly allows her to come along and clumsily play FBI agent with him, but they can't get passed the stickler coroner and Sam turns up on his own. They figure out it's the work of a blue jinn, whom they find working in the system, and not alone. The only way to counter its feeding on victims' fear is entering dreams, which Sam does with Charlie. Written by
