Sam ignores the primate of national security to drag the team into taking the case of an armed attack on the laundry run by Yusef Khan, an Afgan refugee whose village was nearly exterminated by Taliban after he granted unconditional protection to Sam. Yusef's sole surviving relative, adolescent cousin Amir Khan, was kidnapped. The case gains validity when the attackers are identified as members of Ali Durrani's Jihadist organization, but Amir's attacked girlfriend Nicole Benet helps work out the knave had most suspicious prior contacts with them. Meanwhile a misunderstanding turns Marty's intended gift for Kensi into a jointly-fake-enjoyed horror. Written by
