The Soviet auto industry divided drivers into two camps. We are sure of one thing: the USSR did not produce good cars, but stole ideas from the West, which means there is nothing to be proud of. In the other camp, those who know that domestic cars were reliable, unpretentious and always had their own face. But both of them passionately loved their own cars. Whether it's eared "Zaporozhets", elite "Volga" or "Zhiguli". They loved so selflessly that they did not even let their iron friends die. After all, only in the USSR there were no car dumps. The host of the program will tell you what our own car was like for our man, what cars famous and influential people drove, and also why Soviet men were so drawn to the garage, and who was in charge there. Let's remember.

In the Soviet Union, the entire housing stock of the country was exclusively state-owned. There was not even such a thing as a "housing market". But even though Soviet citizens could not buy or sell apartments, everyone had the right to receive housing, and what is most incredible - completely free of charge, only in the order of the queue. True, sometimes it took years to wait for the cherished square meters. In this issue the host of the program will try to remember how Soviet people acquired, exchanged, repaired and furnished their apartments in the era of the absence of private property; what did a mortgage mean in the Soviet way, how brokers differed from spies, and why every Soviet person dreamed of a wall. Let's remember.
