When Paul puts the bottle of liquor back in the cupboard after adding drugs to it, he puts it on the left of another bottle. When he later takes it out, it is on the right of the other bottle. This is a key mistake as the bottle is integral to the story as when he takes it out, she comes clean with him and he returns it and takes the other untainted bottle out. The mistake could confuse people as to what bottle is he holding, the one with or without the drug. See more »

Everything's converging!

This episode felt like the play Noises Off. You have a large set piece (the party), at which all the major characters show up, previously oblivious to each others' existence. People mixing each other up, misunderstanding each other, and those misunderstandings leading to over-lapping scenarios. The whole thing feels very hyper and energized. This makes it the perfect vessel for both comedy and character/plot development. Alison tortures her husband and finds out that he is not an agent. I have a strange feeling that she's going to justify it as kinky and that will eventually become a thing between them. He has a really heart-breaking scene at the end. Again, the format is the perfect way for long separate story threads to collide. The one storyline that felt a bit off this episode was the Cosima story, as it was so detached from all the other stuff happening in the episode, although the end makes it seem as though it will be getting very interesting soon. Overall, an epic episode!
