Sanusha plays a rich heiress who hires a killer called Beeran (Vijayaraghavan) to murder her and implicate her two-timing boyfriend for it. Beeran is a novice, he gives the contract to Freddy (Baburaj), a juice stall owner, who owes Beeran money. As the girl waits for the killer to come, a thief (Asif Ali) breaks into her apartment. Now starts a series of funny incidents that go on till the next morning and the film centres around that. Written by
Asif Ali & Baburaj act dumb in this comic caper which will make you laugh if you forget the plot, the screenplay & all other film-making factors.
Direction is average, while the script is nonsense with not an iota of logic in it. "Rubbish" is what the screenplay is. Some scenes just start out of nowhere and the characters are so lame, I yawned more times than I smirked. Cheap humor touches this film to the top and the performance by the cast is preposterous. The lead actress should stop acting. And the film-makers must stop producing such mind-numbing, disturbing & exasperatingly nonsensical movies.
Plus, there was an item number by a busty fatso which the producers thought will make the youth watch it. There is no point in watching this movie. It is high time that people know what the audience needs. Screw Mollywood for this blunder!
BOTTOM LINE: Idiots is a film that you would like to forget as soon as you get out of the theater. Idiots lives up to its name.
