The title sequence is just basic orange animated over footage from Trick or Treat (1952).
The pre-show teaser falsely names this special "A Walt Disney Halloween."
This program only had 5 segments, in this order: Sleepy Hollow, Snow White, Trick or Treat, Sleeping Beauty, and Lonesome Ghosts. It was hosted by the Magic Mirror recycled from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and was voiced by an uncredited actor.
There were actually two versions of this program: an hour-long special (with commercials, so the duration would have been about 45-48 minutes) which premiered for the "Walt Disney" anthology series, Season 28, Episode 5, on CBS on Saturday, October 24, 1981 at 8:00 P.M. Eastern time; and then a 90-minute version which premiered for the Disney Channel (commercial-free) throughout October 1983.
