Storyline

Tori gets picked to be a team captain on the new TV game show "Brain Squeezers", that none of her friends have even heard of. That doesn't mean each and every one of them won't do everything to convince her that they are the best pick for her team. However, when the gang gets there, it turns out they didn't know what they were actually signing up for. Written by The Norwegian Rocker

A Slipperly Slope

This was an unpleasant episode. I mean, I understand that Dan Schneider and his co-writers think kids will enjoy physical comedy, but this was just... Wow. Just wow. I was really hoping for a good ending, but instead, no one won the money and everyone, except Tori, was severely injured. I hope that the game show never took off after that first episode. Who would want to watch a game show where the contestants got hurt if they got the answer wrong? All I can say is that this episode was sick. I actually wanted to turn the TV off after the first few "doinks" because it was that bad. I didn't find this funny at all. If I had children, I wouldn't let them watch this episode. If you want my opinion, don't watch this episode. The humor isn't that funny, the show is just cruel to the characters and it has a disappointing ending. My only hope is that the rest of the episodes are better than this one. If not, then I may not allow my children to watch anything that Dan Schneider produces in the future. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't want my children to like people getting hurt like that just for laughs.
