In 1986 the Prime Minister of Sweden was killed and an unresolved murder-investigation where followed.
The leads where many and questioned, the most famous one was the investigation of Christer Petterson, a 38 years old addict and convicted murder.
This story takes place from the assumption that the police was involved with the actually murder. The weakness lies not so much in the motive as in the story and the manuscript it self.
The plot according to this assumption was revenge from unfair dismissal not political, fair enough!
But,there is no build in the story about the view of Palme from a broad perspective under that particularly time. Palme was a controversial politician.
Even if the murder was't political in the story the murder was a secret police officer. And if you are going to use a murder in a position as a a secret police officer why not use a plot at least point at that possibility.
There is no explanation why earlier commission failed. And the way the solved the case i quit ridiculous. Very few misleads. Some characters knew the suspect and his capabilities and yet did not suspect him until the end.
The characters in the story are weakly build as well and have very unlikely persona.
This story have nothing to tell about the likely event that occurred
