16 January 2013 | by (Ireland) – See all my reviews

The Griffins go to the local theatre to see a new play written by Brian. Everyone is so proud of Brian's play before they see it. The play goes over very well with and gets a overwhelming applause from the audience. The reviews come in very positive for Brian, Stewie then decides to write his own play but Brian keeps reaping up the praise. Brian returns home after some drinks with theatre friends finding Stewie's play an being blown away by the writing he did. Stewie video calls a friend of his who tells him to lie about his affection for the play. Brian lies to Stewie telling him he did not think the play was good, Stewie the apologizes for getting him to read the play. Brian try's to hide Stewie's play but when Stewie finds it he knows that it was great. He calls Brian's play mediocre. The play is accepted on Broadway and Brian goes along with Stewie to New York. The New York theatre group saw Brian's play but called it not good. 'Brian goes around New York feeling bad about being called a bad writer by some of his inspirations. Stewie's play then goes on stage and with the many changes he made to it it was not liked by anyone in New York. OK episode with some of the theatre scenes that did not make the episode better then it could have been.
