Girls I Get Ideas
21 January 2013 | by (Ireland) – See all my reviews

Elijah tells George about him sleeping with Marnie which seems to surprise George that Elijah would cheat on him. George angered by Elijah's confusion breaks up with him. Elijah still cannot tell Hannah about him sleeping with Marnie. Hannah and Elijah then watch a depressing video of Adam singing online. Hannah then seriously worries about the mental state of Adam and if he could harm her in any way. Elijah tells her not to worry but Hannah still has her doubts. Marnie goes on an interview for a new job but is told she does not fit into the art world and should get some other type of job. Sandy and Hannah are brushing their teeth together and in walks Elijah who does not seem to get along with Sandy because of his republican status. Ray and Shoshanna seem to be so in love with are disturbed by Marnie coming in mad about her interview. They tell Marnie she should get a pretty girl job like a club owner. Hannah visits Jessa and Thomas-Jane because they have lately gotten back from their honeymoon. Thomas-Jane then must leave but leaves the two a box of puppies they talk to get air outside. They talk about life and Jessa offers Hannah advice on Sandy not being as supportive as he should be to her. Hannah then asks Sandy about her essay and he tells her that he thought her subject was empty but well written. The two then break out into a fight where problems shared between the two of race, political views and many more problems the two have. This whole argument ends in a breakup. Marnie comes over to tell Hannah the truth but Elijah still does not want to say anything to Hannah. Hannah comes in the door telling the two about her break up which makes sure Hannah cannot be told about her friends sleeping together. Hannah decides to cut her hair and getting creepy texts from Adam lead to him showing out of no where still having a key to the apartment. Hannah has the chance to call the police but chooses not to. When Adam finally leaves the police arrive and Adam must tell Hannah she almost rung the police. The police then take Adam away for many violations he has. This episode was not as great as the premiere but still these characters are so well written I will listen to anything they have to say. Jessa returning was awkward because she clearly looks pregnant unlike her character. Adam making big performance was so funny for me.

EPISODE GRADE: B (MVP: Lena Dunham)
