After Katie wakes up after being drugged with ketamine, kidnapped from her New York apartment and taken to Bulgaria by the brothers, the middle brother taunts her while asking, "You still in the K-hole, darling?" Being "in the K-hole" is a street term describing the phenomena of feeling extreme detachment from a person's body after consuming large doses of ketamine.
As of August 2015, a third sequel of the remake, titled I Spit on Your Grave: Vengeance is Mine (2015) is currently in production. It will follow the events of the 2010 remake with actress Sarah Butler returning. It's unknown at this time whether or not it will have any connection or reference to Jemma Dallender's character in this sequel to the remake.
