Christmas time is around the corner and the kids reveal all the presents that they want for Christmas. Donna tells her family they will get their gifts if they give to charity by working in a soup kitchen. Cleveland while in the soup kitchen try's one of the sandwich's and thinks it is amazing. Roberta gets her job at the store but when Kendra wants to be Santa she is told she cannot be because she is not a man which makes her sad. Cleveland pretends to be homeless because he wants the sandwiches. He starts to talk to the homeless people seeing that they actually are suffering. He then has to tell his fake story to all of them. Roberta thinks Kendra should be Santa even thinking she should be Santa at a Laundromat but Kendra really wants to be it in the store. The homeless people show Cleveland their world and he seems to love it all. He then breaks out into song talking about his new life as a homeless man. Roberta is unhappy with the guy as Santa so she shows Kendra anew sleigh she made for her. The news channel go to the store where there is no Santa so Kendra believes it is up to her to save the day by driving to the store. Cleveland is named a Christmas angel at the shelter by his wife and no one then likes what he did. Cleveland then has to address the people of his town so he can apologize for his actions. He at times says the wrong words which leads to him apologizing to so many different types of groups. He then reads a newspaper where he is called very unlikeable person which makes him go to the shelter. When Cleveland and the homeless go to the store they find Kendra on the way which leads them to try and save Christmas. Kendra makes all the kids happy giving them all presents. Robert quits her job while Cleveland try's to apologize to the town. Cleveland then makes everyone happy in the end. OK episode but nothing was really funny overall.
