Donna brings in a breakfast house for everyone to eat. Rallo then comes in saying he did not wet the bed. This is a sign for him of not being a baby so the family burns everything that says Rallo is a baby. Donna is sad she has lost a baby and wants another baby whatever she has to do she will do. Donna fails at getting Cleveland to want a baby. Roberta auditions for Annie but Rallo makes a better impression and wins the part. After watching a movie Cleveland agrees to having a baby. Cleveland is trying to have a baby but learns that he cannot have a baby anymore after getting drunk one night. While practicing for the show the cast and crew learn they do not have enough money to pay for the rights for the musical. Cleveland goes to the doctor to try have a baby. When the operation goes bad Cleveland goes to tell Donna the truth. Instead he learns Donna is pregnant. Rallo is sad that the Annie show is off so they decide to do a parody version of the show. Donna wants to use a fake pregnancy to beat Cleveland but he over hears her and the two decide who is the winner after many week of a fake pregnancy. Cleveland and Donna get to the hospital and finally they can admit to not being pregnant. OK episode because half of it did not work while the other was just alright.
