The first episode was very enjoyable, as was the second although the workmanship of the second home wasn't quite up to par. This may have been owing to damage as a result of the moving process, the multiple hands on everything towards the end or simply poor quality control but on more than couple closeup shots of the end results I observed chipped finishes, particularly on the kitchen cabinets.
The edge of the kitchen island showed chipped pain on the second drawer edge and the inset drawer front panel had several. The top of the drawer just below had what appeared to be similar chips on the top edge of the drawer front. I hope that the cabinets came with a small can, tube or other type of touch-up pain because if not he will have a difficult time matching the sage green.
There were a couple other things like that that should not be accepted by the homeowner, especially in such an expensive home.
