They refer to the missing Toradol as a narcotic.
However, it is NOT a narcotic but it is an NSAID and non-addictive.
The tow truck at the end was shown as being stopped three vehicles back when the police car moved to open the road for traffic. A vehicle made a lane change in front of the truck and it swerved into the turn lane. Within a couple of hundred feet, the truck got up enough speed to not only hit the ambulance, but to continue on past it. In fact, large trucks such as these accelerate very slowly and as such it could not have been going fast enough to do the damage that was shown. The driver would have hit the brakes when the other car changed lanes, so the truck would have been slowing not speeding up.
