- Broken-hearted, Vincent goes to the cinema to reminisce the days he used to spend with his girlfriend, Katie. There, with the help of the cinema owner, he sees his memories projected on screen and comes to understand why Katie has left him.—Peter Leung
- Vincent is a young financial adviser with a great future. However, his girlfriend Katie has just broken up with him, putting him in a miserable state. On his office desk, Vincent discovers an expired movie ticket. Unmotivated at work, he decides to go to the theater. Inside the cinema, Vincent was the only one there watching the romantic melodrama, but Christine the Cinema Owner comes to sit beside him. As the two warm up chatting with each other, Christine not only reminds Vincent how he and Katie used to come to the theater together, but also introduces him to the magic of cinema. Slowly Vincent's memory merges with the movie he watches. He sees himself and Katie on screen, enacting a date that happened exactly a week ago. Through the images, Vincent remembers how Katie has asked him to go to the movies and how he has left Katie waiting for him at the theater for hours while he worked away at his office. He witnesses himself ignoring Katie when she came to the office, forcing her to leave after writing a note on the back of the movie ticket. Now, realizing how he has let Katie down, Vincent fishes out the ticket and sees Katie's message that asks him to wake up from his workaholic lifestyle. Vincent immediately goes to look for Katie and finds her outside the theater. Christine, watching this unfolding on the movie screen, smiles as she sees Vincent and Katie embracing for a kiss.
