Second straight episode where the show seems to be going off focus.

For the second time, we have a confusing murder trial where the defense of another jurisdiction is helping the prosecution and vice versa as well.

If one person is guilty, that evidence would then be allowed to be used at the other trial. Imagine by the end when both defendants are judged to be guilty!

Guess who is interested in condoms? No, it's not Alicia's son or daughter.

Accusations continue to mount against Eli Gold in a never-ending attempt to smear the Florrick Campaign for Governor.

Kalinda promises Alicia at the end that her husband, who has been dealing drugs via his truck, shall not be back. Did Kalinda go bang, bang when she confronted her husband?
