Storyline

BEVERLY HILLS PAWN travels to the luxury capital of the world to focus on the venerable Dina Collection VIP Room. The series leaves behind all connotations of your typical "pawn shop" as it delves into the high-end world of fine jewelry and Hollywood memorabilia. While your typical stroll down Hollywood Blvd might net you a few souvenirs to take home, Yossi Dina prefers to provide his customers with authentically exclusive items pawned from result of star divorces and failed businesses. Dina and his staff twist "pawn" from bargain to alluring, drawing in ever fascinating items and the fans that are after them. Written by Asylum Entertainment

This is honestly a good idea and I think the producers picked a first class jewelry & fine art store and loan business with a sterling reputation - believe me - I know. I have dealt with "older" established firms in BevHls that literally stole from me in this business.

However, I think the store is far more beautiful than the photography and production would suggest. In addition, the "employees", apart from Yossi, really don't reflect the educated, savvy people that I have dealt with for years. That's my opinion as a customer of Yossi and his crew. I just wouldn't want America to get the wrong opinion, but I guess that's show biz.
