Goofs

After Sheldon comes back from the dinner at Hometown Buffet (which he had with Wil Wheaton), he tells Leonard that the manager gave them a table close to the frozen yogurt machine. Hometown Buffet is a "seat yourself" restaurant. There are no assigned tables, nor is a customer shown to a table. The manager would not have given them a table anywhere. See more »

Sheldon Cooper: Hello. I'm Dr. Sheldon Cooper. And welcome to Sheldon Cooper Presents: Fun with Flags. Before we get started, I'd like to announce the winner of our Design Your Own Flag competition, but I can't. The only entry was from gamygamer seventy-five, and I know that was a jpeg of your buttocks. Now, this week we have a very special episode where we explore the flags of the popular entertainment franchise 'Star Trek', and to help me I'm pleased to introduce internet personality, uh, former...

CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS, #398

I need to apologize. In an earlier vanity card I made a derisive comment about a popular reality show because I thought its premise - a group of single women compete with one another to win the affections of, and ultimately marry, an eligible man - was more threatening to the sanctity of marriage than gay people tying the knot. After careful consideration, I now realize that I couldn't have been more wrong. My mistake was that I was looking at the show through the tired old eyes of 60's feminism. But we are clearly in a post-feminist era. The patriarchal sexism that treated women as chattel and dictated how much they could earn or how much control they could have over their own bodies is a thing of the past, a curious relic of a dark, unenlightened time. Likewise, the idea that a woman without a man was somehow incomplete has long ago been consigned to the overflowing dustbin of humankind's misbegotten thinking. Women are now free to do anything they want, and that includes going on a reality show and using all their female wiles to snag Mr. Right.

I really don't know what else to say except, "I'm sorry and, um... you go, girl!" See more »

It was always better than this!
11 November 2012 | by See all my reviews

The episode wasn't as good as previous episodes at all. It made me laugh a couple of times, but it wasn't what I expected from the BBT show. The last few episodes, and especially the last one, were absolutely brilliant and funny, and every moment contained a joke that rolled me on the floor laughing. But in this one, the jokes were too weak. and the story didn't start to get funny until last sequences.

The Howard's moving story wasn't amusing and the Wheaton-Amy fight was not a good idea and made it a little sad. Another weak point of this episode was that raj's appearance was too little and I missed his nice accent and strong jokes.

I hope they do a better job next time, and I'm pretty sure they will!
