Trivia

The poster image of a person walking out of the darkness and into the light, is an actual photograph taken by the director, Amel Tresnjic, in Egypt. The photo was taken from within one of the Giza pyramids in Cairo, as one tourist was on his way back up and out of the pyramid. It was then and there the director decided to use the snapshot for the poster of his documentary film '2012 Crossing Over: A New Beginning.' The image represents the 'cross over' from the dark age into the bronze age as well as humanity approaching enlightenment. Furthermore it represents that ancient wisdom is coming into the light as humanity remembers and rediscovers the true meaning of their history and place in nature. See more »

Really excellent uplifting movie in the beginning of th New Cycle
15 February 2013 | by (Germany) – See all my reviews

Hi Amel,

I just loved your film in his overall uplifting orientation without hiding the threads coming from those trying to destroy this world. It is the right film at the right time at the beginning of the new cycle. It radiates the strength and power of LOVE - the answer to all. It animates to chose our Inner Light and to decide ourselves taking on the purpose we came here for. It portrays amazing people inviting us to be one of them ...

You have really created a GREAT FILM inviting us to decide every day more deeply who we really want to be.

Thank you so much for your vision and the impact of this film to our renewing life and world, with Love, Joy & Gratitude and greetings from snowy Germany

Helmut
