Parenthood One More Weekend with You
21 November 2012 | by (Ireland) – See all my reviews

Adam and Kristina: Kristina has offered to give Max a sleepover but Adam has to be convinced to take him. Adam seems shocked that the parents are going to Las Vegas while they look after his kids. While trying to take care of everyone in the house Kristina does not feel well with all the madness happening in the house. Max and his friend fight in the middle of the night and Adam has to take care of everything. Max is not behaving well and sees his mother on the floor feeling awful. Adam brings the kids over to Crosby's so he can stop the noise. As soon as Kristina starts to smoke the weed it makers her feel much better. Adam comes home and Kristina seems much better after smoking the weed.

Crosby and Jasmine: Jasmine is cooking dinner for a party and Crosby has to get the food. Jasmine and Crosby have a fight over what he is doing and not doing. Crosby gives Adam some weed for Kristina.

Julia and Joel: Victor is invited to have something to eat with the team and the two have to drive with him. Sydeney gets really mad when she does not get what she wants and has to be taken outside when she throws milk on Victor. Sydney decides to run away with everything she owns planning to get a taxi to her friends house. She starts to cry in the middle of street because she feels they have been treating Victor better. Joel wants to take Sydney out on a day they spend together because they have been ignoring her lately. Julia and Joel take Sydney ice skating and tell her that it is great to have a brother when she gets older.

Amber & Ryan: Ryan is going to a funeral of his friends which is why he cannot make dinner. Amber asks to go along with him and he lets her go for some comfort. On their way to the funeral Amber talks to Matt about his friend from the war. Amber meets all of Ryan's army friends as they all share a beer to talk about the dead guy. Ryan gets mad when one of his friends gives out about the dead guy killing himself. Ryan fights with his friend because he seems cruel to the man who is dead. Amber asks Ryan about his friend and he tells her about the suicide. When the funeral is over Ryan cannot step away from his friend and Amber has to join him in his hidden grief. After the funeral Amber and Ryan go to the beach to go into the water.

Sarah & Mark: Mark walks in on Drew and Amy, after she leaves he has to have the talk with him. Amy needs the car to visit Amy but Satah does not know what happened earlier while she try's to get the full story. Mark then has to tell Sarah what he saw and she seems surprised by what he talked about. Mark tells Sarah not to get involved because he made a promise with Drew not to tell. Sarah cannot keep a secret and ends up telling Drew she knows. Sarah try's apologize to Mark about getting involved like she always does.

My main problem with the show now is Crosby does not interest and neither does Sarah but the Kristina cancer storyline just works so well and I'm loving every minute of it.

EPISODE GRADE: B (MVP: Peter Krause)
