Storyline

Klaus and Damon use Jeremy's posthumous witches dimension to draw Connor's magically invisible tattoo. While a hybrid guards the slayer, Klaus explains to the gang that it belongs to the Five, the ultimate slayers brotherhood, which nearly wiped out the Originals in 11th century Italy, after Rebekah fell in love with member Alexander. The brothers agree to team up and trick Rebekah, who knows where the key to the Five's ultimate weapon is, an engraved sword. Meanwhile Damon escorts Elena, whom only Stefano can convince life as vampire is still worth living, to a fraternity party for a blood hunt lesson, and to the witchcraft course of professor Atticus Shane, ignoring he's a mortal enemy. Quotes

Elena Gilbert: Are you sure that you're okay with this?
Bonnie Bennett: If I could spell you out of wanting blood, I would, but I can't, so better you learn this now than at freshman orientation.
Elena Gilbert: Something tells me that college isn't in my future anymore.
Damon Salvatore: Oh, stop with the pity party. If I can go to college, you can go to college.
Bonnie Bennett: You went to college?
Damon Salvatore: Sure. Plenty of times. I always had a thing for sorority girls.
Bonnie Bennett: You're disgusting.
Damon Salvatore: [whispers] I know.

Not as powerful as last three.. but still good.

Dimmest of the season. But still very good. I was expecting a lot from this episode but was let down..a bit. The biggest let down for me was the Damon-Elena scenes. Totally lacked the emotions it had in first two episodes. **SPOILERS AHEAD** A witch formed The Brotherhood of Five(witches are behind everything!) to wipe out the vampire race once and for all. BOF is quite interesting but I don't know where they are planning to take it. Hunters came and went through the series. Som e died, some became vampire and one became Damon's best buddy. But if Connor is any indication, BOF is dangerous. Klaus and Stefen teaming up seemed a bit hurried to.me, but hey! anything for Elena, right? There's a cure! That completely blew me off. Waiting to see how Damon will take the news of Stefan hiding the truth about Connor and cure when he finds out(he will!) seeing as their relationship is already a bit strained. For the first time I felt bad for Rebekah. Another new character! Suspense! I love that. I really hope next episode will be better than this. And more Delena scenes, please?
