At the 48-minute mark, Claire receives a text on her iPhone sitting on the corner of the nightstand. She picks it up. Later on, she leaves the apartment with her phone in her hand. When Adam wakes up, Claire's white iPhone is still sitting on the nightstand.
When Claire and Adam encounter the girl in the park, Claire frames a picture with a Canon 1D full frame camera and a 24-70mm zoom lens. The camera frame depicted seconds later shows a much more zoomed image (around 200mm) than that distance and lens could produce. Just before pressing the shutter, she completely zooms out with the lens, yet the framing remains exactly the same.
(at around 24 mins) Claire is reading an online article on CNN Politics about Russo. The article's header is capitalized reading, "Russo Yet to Surface, Campaign in Question" [sic]. News headers are never capitalized.
The goof item below may give away important plot points.
Peter's body was discovered in his garage with his car's engine running, the garage enveloped in exhaust smoke. The emissions of a Chrysler 300 (or any passenger car with a catalytic converter) are such that copious amounts of exhaust smoke and, by extension, carbon monoxide are nearly impossible, especially from late-model cars in good repair. Exhaust in modern passenger cars contains water vapor and carbon dioxide. While it is possible to die from carbon dioxide exposure from vehicle exhaust, it would be far more unpleasant and take much longer than the few hours depicted, and there would be no smoke.
