- Victoria and Conrad reaffirm their loyalty to each other; Emily and Amanda fight to keep their pasts secret as Mason Treadwell digs for information.
- Daniel now trusts "Tanaka's investment deputy" Aiden more then father Conrad, who convinces Victoria to remarry so they can't testify against each-other. While Emily's mother Kara is the Graysons' guest, Emily works out she was in love with white killer Gordon Murphy and retrieves his corpse from morgue ice to set up Mason Tredwell so 'discover' it and lead the police to suspect and arrest Conrad. In order to avoid a murder sentence, he promises the Initiative representative a wild-card marker. Kenny Ryan tricks Jack into buying cheap, illicit alcohol for the re-opened bar. Declan and Charlote get back together. Nolan prays his father and hence firm's close ties with Emily's remain inconspicuous and still hopes Padma is genuinely on his side, not a Grayson spy. After Conrad's arrest, Daniel plans to take over the firm, counting on Aiden.—KGF Vissers
- Open with Victoria and Conrad preparing to wed. Daniel makes a comment to Aiden about his father being unfit to lead.
Emily coaches Amanda about her personal history in preparation of an interview with Treadwell.
Kara and Victoria talk for a few minutes. Victoria says something about Murphy having evil in his heart. Kara flashes to tender moments with Murphy. Victoria says she'll feel more comfortable if Kara stays with her.
Emily calls Aiden and tells him she wants the gun that killed Murphy. We see that she's taking Murphy's body out of a freezer.
Daniel is unable to get his hands on David Clarke's employment contract. Ashley suggests he invite Nolan to the wedding.
Jack tells Amanda he's growing happier as the bar gets closer to opening. Jack comes downstairs and finds Ryan arguing with the bar's long-time liquor distributor about prices. The distributor wants nothing more to do with the bar and warns Jack he's doing business with the wrong kind of guy.
Emily finds Kara painting on the beach. Kara makes a comment about people like the Graysons always getting what's coming to them.
Amanda talks with Treadwell. He asks why she's still around the Graysons. She says she just wanted to face them and figures somebody will take them down eventually. She mentions Murphy and suggests the Graysons probably framed him. He seems interested in following-up on theory.
Charlie brings Victoria something to wear, then tells her she won't be attending the wedding. She doesn't trust the reason they're doing it.
Amanda tells Emily she thinks it went well Treadwell, but promised the next time he threatens her family she'll handle it "my way."
Emily tells Nolan the reason why he was invited to the wedding. She doesn't think he should go and warns him Daniel is dangerous. Treadwell calls Nolan to get him to look up the number Amanda told him she found on Murphy's phone.
Daniel is surprised to see Aiden with Emily at the wedding. Aiden says Takeda suggested he look Emily up.
Treadwell knocks on the door of a trailer. Inside he finds Murphy's body, along with a cufflink on the floor.
Ryan is starting to get in Declan about him making his own mark. Charlie shows up to help work on the bar.
Conrad gives Victoria a present. It's a gun. Treadwell calls Victoria with information he thinks she'll be able to use.
The wedding takes place without incident.
Jack gives a quick speech during the first open shift. It includes a thank you to Ryan.
During their dance Victoria tells Daniel it's important for him to be seen as a viable replacement for his father.
With the help of Treadwell, police find a weapon in someone's car. The detective calls for an arrest warrant.
Daniel asks Emily if she ever thinks about what might have happened if they'd stayed together. At this moment police come into the room and arrest Conrad. Nolan tells Emily she's impressed she was able to get him arrested but doesn't see how it gets rid of Treadwell. "You will," she says.
On the way out of the party Nolan confront Padma about going to the Graysons. He says the question now is about how far she's willing to go to protect them.
In jail Victoria assures Conrad she had nothing to do with him being arrested. He agrees with her.
At Jack's bar Kara sees on TV that Murphy is the murder victim.
Treadwell confronts Victoria and promises he that he's going to eventually expose her for the fake kidnapping. Victoria makes a comment about Emily being a "juve girl."
The woman from the Initiative pays Conrad a visit in jail. She asks whether they can count on his service once again, hinting something else big is in the works.
Daniel talks to Aiden about assembling the board for a vote of no confidence on his father.
Declan stops by to see Charlie. She says the only time she's been happy the previous year was when she was with him.
Kara stops by to see Victoria and makes reference to the fact it seemed like she knew Murphy was dead. Victoria notices that Kara looks to be grieving. She flashes to Murphy telling her he was about to retire. Kara makes it clear she loved Murphy.
Jack talks to Amanda about their fortunes changing. He drops to a knee and pulls out a ring. She says yes.
Conrad surprises Victoria at home. He says he's not yet sure what he's promised the Initiative.
Aiden and Emily talk about the Initiative pulling strings to get Conrad out. Aiden says he hopes she knows Daniel is not an innocent in the proceedings. He tells her he's changed and leans in for a kiss. Emily says she thinks he should leave. She thinks back on setting up the Murphy death scene, including planting the cufflink and murder weapon.
The episode ends with Treadwell seeming to have put together what happened with Emily and Amanda.
