Storyline

A young indigenous boy Joel (or joely) obtains a scholarship to Clifton Grammar. While there he refuses to stand and sing the Australian National anthem due to its disagreement with his aboriginal heritage and views on history. With the help of his dad Joel stands up against the principal of Clifton Grammar and inspires a large amount of aboriginal students to do the same as they stand in support of their aboriginal beliefs and history which the Australian National Anthem disagrees with.
