Alicia and Diane represent an African-American couple whose son, Trey Lawson, drowned during a hazing for new members of his college water polo team. They are suing the university despite the fact that one of Trey's teammates is in jail for killing him. The opposing lawyer, Jared Andrews, is driving Diane mad by constantly changing his defense. Diane manages to trip him up quite nicely. The media is still after Peter for supposedly having slept with one of his campaign workers. Alicia agrees to an interview intent on dispelling any myths about her marriage. Jackie Florrick is released from hospital apparently recovered from the stroke she suffered. 21 October 2012 | by (Ireland) – See all my reviews

She's Back. Jacquline is back at she has her suspicions. Alicia is handling the reporters who say that Peter slept with someone that Alicia talked to. In court Diane is trying a case where someone was hazed and died. The guilty is in prison but Diane is now suing the university. We see video when the person was murdered and the questions fly to see if the university allowed it to happen. Jacquline is back on the campaign trail and she is saying some things that are not deemed right and Eli does not approve. When he try's to stop her she does not allow it to happen. In the court case the opposing lawyer brings up that he might have been killed because he gay and the judge allows the charge to go through. Diane is getting angry and she is not going for anyone getting in her way. Even when the trustee try's to change her office she tells him to back off. The law firm brings in a past girlfriend of Trey to prove that Trey was not gay. Clarke wants to talk to Alicia about bringing in Cary and he decides that the two are now sharing an office. While doing some searching for Eli Kalinda hears that some things the accuser says is impossible. Alicia meets with Maddie again and this time the two get drunk in a bar together. It's Alicia who brings up the Affair at Maddie seems OK with it. Kalinda is the one to meet with the convicted who tells them to bring in the roommate of the killed who is gay and says Wayne is OK with him being like that. Jacquline once again makes another speech and this time she is starting to loose it by speaking at times and pausing. The case is getting further and the opposing lawyer is some incriminating things. Kalinda interviews the worker accusing of sleeping with Peter and she tells her about the special key and finds out that she is lying. The killer of Trey is brought into court and so many hate crimes come up including racism and sexuality. The law firm bring back in the coach who says that many fights occurred between the different community campuses. Diane just proves a point that she is just using what the other lawyer said. Jackie talks to Alicia and she is seeing things that should not be there, at a campaign luncheon Eli gets a call that in an hour a story will break that Peter slept with another coworker. Great episode and Diane was on fire tonight fighting back and getting made at everything. Great writing and another interesting case.
