- An old woman gets violently pushed by Elisa and falls to the floor hitting her head hard. She dies from the impact. Some blood is seen. Then it's implied that the dead body is hacked into pieces with a meat cleaver, and a character is knocked unoncious with the dead body's severed arm. Graphic.
- Ana is constantly tortured by Elisa and you can see her being hit in the face and force- fed.
