This movie is based on famous literature. But it does not make the mistake to try to duplicate literature in any way. Instead it delivers the experience you could get if you where a part of the story. It does this in two ways: On the surface you can watch the development the character undergoes, but more importantly you experience over the time you watch the story unfold something yourself that is more than just observing things happening to other people. It is more in the league of movies like 2001 that are a journey also for the audience.
If you are open to a different and deep and demanding experience this is the film to see.
