Trivia

In the second half of the season, beginning in mid-February 2013, and after a two-month break, the producers decided 'to pick up the action right away - to just jump right in," without extra recap material. Fans of the show are thought to have very little tolerance for such recaps, since many of them probably watched a marathon of the first half of the season on DVD to prepare for the second season. Merle Dixon: Where're you going?
Daryl Dixon: Back where I belong!
Merle Dixon: I can't go with you! I tried to kill that black bitch. Damn near killed that Chinese kid.
Daryl Dixon: He's Korean.
Merle Dixon: Whatever. Doesn't matter, man, I can't go with you!
Daryl Dixon: You know, I may be the one walking away, but you're the one who's leaving... Again.

It really is best episode of Season 3
24 February 2013 | by (St Albans, England) – See all my reviews

I quite agree with other reviewers this really is one of the best episodes shown so far on UK TV. We were all sat bolt upright on our sofas watching intently on all the happenings - willing Darryl to return, something very bad to happen to the Governor and nothing more horrible happen to the Group. Plus we are still wanting the question answered... was it Oscar who unlocked the "back" gate to the prison and therefore let the Walkers in? We can only presume it's so and that this will be tackled in a future episode. We all absolutely loved this episode and there were many whoops when a particular wanderer returned to the fold. Brilliant.
