Trivia

In the second half of the season, beginning in mid-February 2013, and after a two-month break, the producers decided 'to pick up the action right away - to just jump right in," without extra recap material. Fans of the show are thought to have very little tolerance for such recaps, since many of them probably watched a marathon of the first half of the season on DVD to prepare for the second season. Goofs

Under Georgia law, the use of "any replica, article, or device having the appearance of such weapon" elevates a robbery charge to armed robbery. So Axel's toy gun was enough for prosecution, the false claim that he used a real gun was unnecessary. See more »

Quotes

Hershel Greene: You know I wouldn't have hobbled all the way down here if it wasn't important. Are you coming back soon? Glenn's on a warpath. Smart as he is, he can't fill your boots. I'm afraid he's reckless. We need you now more than ever.
Rick Grimes: Well, If you're so worried about him, you lead.
Hershel Greene: What are you doing out here?
Rick Grimes: I've- I've been- I've got... stuff out here. Stuff.

Things Are Getting Interesting.......
2 October 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This is the tenth episode of the third season of Walking Dead and my oh my are things getting interesting! While there is nothing in the way of action (except the last ten minutes), we are treated to some brilliant characterization which includes a helpless Rick and a stubborn, trigger-happy Glenn. But what happens in the last ten minutes blew my mind and it shows Woodsbury may mean trouble.

In this episode, "Home," Rick is having visions of Lori, so he asks Herschel for advice. While Rick is having his issues, Glenn decides to take charge and he plans on attacking Woodsbury despite Herschel's concerns. Meanwhile, Daryl and Merle try to survive in the woods and Daryl may be having second thoughts about leaving his group behind.

Overall, this is a fantastic episode and this episode is personally emotional because I truly feel the pain Rick is feeling by not being in the right state of mind. Every time he saw Lori, I choked up. But things may be coming to a conclusion soon and in the meantime, we could be seeing a full-out war. I rate this episode 9/10.
