Storyline

"Rogues in Robes" is a clinical and legal review of judicial misconduct and corruption in city, county, state, federal, civil and criminal judicial proceedings. Judicial misconduct is a prevalent problem in American society, exemplified by growing and blatant illegalities orchestrated to deny US citizens their civil rights, liberties and due process. Founding father Thomas Jefferson spoke of his concerns with creating a monster in the judiciary that would become drunk with power and deviate from the law and due process as reflected in the governing provisions of our constitution. Jefferson knew in his heart that this place of power would birth little men who would become drunk and indifferent to the law they were sworn to and elected to preside over, while dispensing unbiased fairness.
