The title of the episode,"We all fall down", is a reference to an ancient English rhyme: "Ring a ring o' roses/pocket full o' poises/achoo!achoo!/we all fall down". Apparently, the poem was a metaphor of the English sweat, when sneezes were the first symptom of the disease. Accordingly, the English sweat plays an important role in the episode's plot. See more »
