Trivia

Near the beginning of the movie, when Kyle (Bill Hader) says how much Molly (Amy Poehler) and Joel's (Paul Rudd's) love story is like a rom-com, Molly responds by saying that it isn't a movie, it is their real-life, and looks right at the camera, just before the scene ends. See more »

Goofs

(at around 1h 2 mins) Joel is watching slides, the clock on the wall behind him indicates 01:50. When later, he is watching the Joel and Molly's hologram, the clock still shows 01:50. See more »

Quotes

Joel: [at dinner party] So, uh, Molly...
Molly: Listen, before you ask me anymore questions from the Icebreaker Handbook, here's the 411: Upper Sweet Side NYC. Does the name ring a bell?
Joel: Yeah. Little candy shop?
Molly: Ding ding ding! Give the man a prize, he's a winner! What does he want Johnny? A new car! Yes, that is my store and I put my whole life into it.
Joel: I had no idea.
Molly: The only line you care about is the bottom line. Are you the kind of person I feel a strong connection to? Yes. Do I find you cute and funny?...

Crap.... Really really crap.... With a few laughs..... But crap otherwise.

Unbelievable, great cast, great cameos...... But cheesy rubbish. I get what they were trying to do, but what an unmitigated failure.

The trailer should have been played on loop for the whole 119 minutes, it wouldn't have been better, but it would at least look good.

I really think the guy who put the trailer together deserves and award, because he suck me right in, the guy is a genius....

This must have been one of those films they give an actor as part of a pay package, and the studio said, do whatever you want, really try to make a crap film.

Finally, Don't ever watch this....
