Storyline

An outbreak of Yellow Fever decimates Philadelphia's population. 25,000 residents flee the city in utter panic; among them are President Washington and his administration. As Philadelphia's physicians and leaders combat the epidemic, they define modern concepts of public health, and establish some of the city's institutions that continue to operate today.
