Storyline

Two stories overlap in this episode. Harry and Adam are defending their client Colin Danes, who is accused of raping and killing Sarah Trassino. When the jury finds the defendant not-guilty, Brother Lucas Treassino (Jon Bernthal) and Father Arthur Trassino (Peter Onorati) hold the court hostage and demand an immediate, new trial at gun-point. Meanwhile, the brother of a dying patient is told federal law prohibits him from donating blood because he is gay. This evokes a reaction that involves Cassie and Oliver pleading their case in hopes of obtaining an injunction that will allow their client to help save his brother's life. Written by toadwriter
