I watched this expecting to find some terrible flaw in the US system - the introduction made it clear that the filmmakers thought this was a terrible travesty of justice.
But, from what I could see - these criminals deserved to be deported. They were not US citizens. They were let into the US to live a better life than they had in Haiti and they repaid the US by committing crimes.
Back in Haiti, the Hatians weren't too happy to have them either. They caused all of their own problems.
By the end of the show I was glad there was no chance that I might encounter one of these guys on a US street.
