The New Normal Sofa's Choice
12 September 2012 | by (Ireland) – See all my reviews

Well the episode introduces us that the pregnancy test might be negative in a moment where Goldie's daughter draws on the coach. Every word on this show seems to be a cultural reference and introduces all these new people to me. Little Shania as Little Edie is one of the funniest things I've ever seen as she is maybe just as good as Barrymore, Goldie must move and Jane has a problem with it because she hates gay and black people. It seems Jane wants Goldie to get back together with her boyfriend, now David has some straight friends who have a problem with him having a baby followed by a montage of the three men talking about how being a father is really bad. Bryan has become more of a cartoon and now with David having problems we see them back in a time which I do not know. God do Ihate how Ryan Murphy makes these people so over the top even with some of my favourite actors. Shania's Little Edie vs. Bryan who will win I hope little Edie as she is funny. With the main couple of the show thinking they are getting old who try to be young come to the conclusion that they are old and just accept it. At the end of the episode it seems like they want a happy ending with Goldie moving into the guest house so they can be closer together. "I just want to be normal" is that going to be what every character will say I hope not. It seems Jane has succeeded in bringing back Goldie's boyfriend back to her but of course it does not succeed because he is so stupid even with the help of Jane how has become an evil mastermind. Goodbye old boyfriend hello new normal family making Goldie move back into the low rent place that no one should really be living in. Well at least we know now Goldie is pregnant. This episode was very bad as we focused more on Bryan and David letting go of Jane and Goldie who are OK characters on a badly written show. Shania was very funny this episode and Bebe Wood is very funny little girl.

EPISODE GRADE: C (MVP: Bebe Wood)
