Goofs

When Sam replays Kevin messages on the laptop as Dean is on the couch, after filtering the last message, we hear the last bus stop name. We see Dean getting up, leaning on his left arm. He has a bandage on that arm, from previous cut just below the elbow, that during this "getting up" scene, loosely falls to the wrist onto his watch. Camera changes as Dean finishes getting up and turns to Sam, bandage is miraculously back tight near the elbow. See more »

Quotes

Sam Winchester: What about you?
Dean Winchester: What about me?
Sam Winchester: Look at you. You've still got that look. You're shaky. You're on edge.
[pause]
Sam Winchester: What was it like?
Dean Winchester: You wouldn't believe me if I told you.
Sam Winchester: Try me.
Dean Winchester: [distant look in his eye] It was bloody. Messy. Thirty-one flavors of bottom dwelling nasties. Hell, most days it felt like 360 degree combat. But, there was somethin' about bein' there.
[pause]
Dean Winchester: It felt pure.

What Has Happened in the Purgatory?
14 January 2014 | by (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) – See all my reviews

One year after his disappearance with Castiel, Dean returns from Purgatory bringing the demon Benny in his arm and releases the demon in a grave with his bones. Then he seeks out Sam and learns that his brother is not hunting anymore. Dean listens to the telephone messages and they track Kevin that is hidden from Crowley. When they find Kevin, he tells that the Word of God will allow vanquishing all demons and locking them in Hell forever.

"We Need to Talk About Kevin" begins without explanation about what has happened in the Purgatory with Dean and Castiel. The friendship of Dean with Benny is weird since Dean has always been radical in this regard. I am looking forward to see the sequence of this story. My vote is seven.
