This movie tells the tale of Peter Pan as an African-American. The storyline is phenomenal, and when he meets Wendy, you will have a complicated mix of emotions that exceeds human comprehension. The ending will have you laughing and possibly crying at the same time. Black Peter Pan is at the top of my movie list and I intend on watching it every week for the rest of my life. It is not suggested for children until being viewed by their parents or guardians first. If you do not understand this movie at first, you should watch it fifteen more times. This alternate storyline, does not deviate from the original so much that it becomes unrecognizable, and that is exceptional. This move is, in a way, better than the original. It is better than the Lion King, and it is certainly better than life itself.
