Storyline

The firm represents two young women who are suing the owner of the Chumhum search engine. They claim Chumhum modified it's search engine after they refused to buy online advertising from them so as to ensure that searches for their company, which produced voice recognition software, would no longer appear at the top. They have a case but the trustee, Clarke Hayden, is getting involved in negotiating the settlement. Meanwhile, Ira Gold is having fits with an aggressive journalist who wants to interview Alicia - and who is aware of rumors to the effect that Alicia and Will Gardner had an affair. Eli solves the problem, sort of. Kalinda continues her strange relationship with her ex-husband. Written by garykmcd

Most Disappointing of All Episodes So Far-4.3 is ***
14 October 2012 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

You never really get to understand what the lawsuit is all about here. Yes, we hear about algorithms and alike, but it's most confusing, except the end which always proves that you can buy out your enemies if you're wealthy enough.

A reporter claims to have evidence that Peter went to bed with a campaign staffer. At first, we think it was Alicia and Will at it again. The solution to all this is one campaign staffer with a heck of an imagination.

Playing it straight, Nathan Lane plays it just right as the trustee.

That defense attorney for the above lawsuit is something else. She is as sly, crafty and vicious as Michael J. Fox has been in this series.

Kalinda and her husband go at it again, this time with knives. He confronts her about her lesbian girlfriend. She responds who the girlfriend works for. Enough said.
