Eli starts the episode talking to someone who says they have solid information of an affair Alicia had with Will in a hotel room. Two returning actors come back in an internet case once again. Viola Walsh (Rita Wilson) comes to represent a case with her client Neil Gross (John Benjamin Hickey) with Michael Marx (Dominic Chianese) as the judge. Will asks to have Neil tried and the judge allows it. Eli then comes to Alicia's office to talk about the affair Alicia had because of the source that says the story could go to press. Alicia does not react well to someone knowing about her affair and who would when it make our life real bad. Kalinda and Nick once again showing that they are the weirdest couple on TV hitting each other and messing each other up. Alicia then finds out Will to tell him that someone has found out about the affair. Diane talks to the trustee about talking to Viola and he tells her that he will not go with Walsh because he believes in the success of the firm. Alicia gets the call that she is in the clear and the affair is not about her, the affair actually involves Peter more then it does her. Kalinda seems all over the place and when she sleeps with someone all she can do is think of her husband. Eli runs into Kalinda and try's to use her to help get the case to go away. Peter and Alicia then talk about if he had an affair this time and once again he says it is not true. In the line of questioning Will wins the case. Neil then talks to Will after the case saying that the company is bankrupt and that he will never go to Will's firm because he does not like him. Awkward moment when Kalinda and Peter run into each other. Kalinda meets up with her friend and her husband is going fake pretending to be interested in Lana. In the court a blogger is taken to be a witness. Walsh offers 1 million to the firm but the trustee does not take it because he has seen the evidence. The clients settled because they were offered a job. We find out the worker lied about the affair because she said she talked to Alicia which was untrue. Nice episode and Nathan was great in his short scenes and I have more confidence in him now. Also most people might not like the Kalinda plot but I find it so great to watch especially because of the actors given the material.
EPISODE GRADE: B+ (MVP: Julianna Margulies)
