Trivia

The crew for 'Runaway Hearts' consisted of professionals in Key positions working alongside students from Dillard University. This was due to the fact that Keith Alan Morris (the Director) is head of the film department at Dillard, and he wanted (and continues) to give his students a hands on learning experience by inviting the most promising of them to work on his films. Just like movies were meant to be
7 February 2015 | by (Wenatchee, WA) – See all my reviews

This movie was a heart-tugger with a great message: Sometimes miracles are the people who touch our lives in ways we never expect. The acting is solid, with the main character (Gabe) leading the way. He is so believable, especially in the scenes with the psychologist. The storyline is compelling and timely, with so many broken families and abused children in our society today. The characters are so genuine and real. This is a movie made for the whole family. And while the theme is generally what most folks would consider Christian, there is no Bible-thumping or overt effort to convert the viewer to any particular religion. I highly recommend.
